At TSU, Casey brings structure, honesty, and connection to the process of transformation—guiding members to master emotional awareness, build resilience, and live with clarity and discipline.

Casey graduated from the University of Southern California with his Master of Social Work degree, earning honors, and has spent several years working with individuals navigating addiction, emotional stress, trauma, and major life transitions. His background gives him a strong understanding of how habits, stress, and past experiences influence a person’s confidence and direction in life.

As a coach, Casey helps clients reconnect with themselves by slowing things down and exploring the patterns that limit their growth. His work focuses on helping clients build resilience, accountability, and the structure needed to move forward with purpose.

At The Superhero U, Casey’s mission is to support clients as they reconnect with their strength and rise from the parts of life that once held them back. He believes everyone comes in with a story that shaped them, and he aims to help each person build the next chapter with confidence and clarity. His focus is to guide clients toward a life that feels grounded, intentional, and true to who they are becoming, using his insight, empathy, and steady presence to support clients as they grow into a version of themselves that feels strong, capable, and aligned with who they want to be.
