Sacramento Youth Entrepreneurship & Workforce Readiness Program

Program Overview

The Sacramento Youth Entrepreneurship & Workforce Readiness Program is a 12-week, holistic leadership and economic development initiative designed to equip youth and young adults with the identity, discipline, skills, and practical tools needed to succeed in today’s workforce and entrepreneurial economy.

This program serves youth who are navigating uncertainty, lack of direction, limited access to mentorship, and barriers to economic mobility. Through a structured combination of personal development, physical discipline, business education, and real-world application, participants are empowered to build confidence, clarity, and sustainable pathways toward employment or entrepreneurship.

The program is rooted in the belief that economic success begins with identity, discipline, and purpose, and that when young people are supported holistically, entire families and communities benefit.
