Founder & Executive Director
Andrew Gray
Andrew Gray serves as the Founder and Executive Director of The Superhero U. He is responsible for overall vision, strategy, program development, partnerships, and day-to-day operations.
His responsibilities include:
Strategic leadership and organizational direction
Program design and implementation
Community partnerships and stakeholder engagement
Fundraising and grant stewardship
Oversight of staff, volunteers, and contractors
Andrew brings extensive experience in leadership development, mentorship, public speaking, media, and youth empowerment, with a strong commitment to community impact and ethical leadership.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors provides fiduciary oversight, strategic guidance, and accountability to ensure the organization fulfills its mission and complies with all legal and ethical requirements.
